Position: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER



JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare, consolidating and presenting financial reports for the Company/Group such as Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheet & cashflow statement to the Management and BOD
• Analysing financial data / performance for the Group
• Monitoring accounting and financial transactions within the Group
• Preparing and coordinating yearly Budget and Business Plan the Group
• Streamlining accounting functions and practices within the Group
• Monitoring and managing cash flow and assets within the Group
• Developing plans for the Group financial growth
• Evaluating and managing financial risk
• Coordinating audit processes and liaise with internal & external auditors to ensure timeline closing of Financial Statements

REQUIREMENT
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 5 years experience in financial management
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Auditing experience
• Compliance oriented
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Analytical skills

Position: MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE



JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedure across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Supervise in company’s policies of salary, bonus and incentives schemes
• Assess training needs and monitor training program
• Ensure managing employees with remaining compliant with legal statutory and labor law

Position: SYSTEM ANALYST



JOB DESCRIPTION
• Lead smart health innovations
• Research and development of new digital health products
• Work closely with stakeholders in KMI Healthcare to conceptualize, define, design, develop and deliver the digital product backlog to provide superior experience to customers across devices, channels and medium
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities based on business goals and customer needs
• Owns the product roadmap along with the right metrics to measure progress against vision
• CEnsures customer-driven design considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market and industry knowledge to deliver a successful product
• Ensure ease of use and simplicity to smart health products enhancing the overall customer experience
• Manage user experience journey design to ensure consistent high quality experience across channels
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with the maximum value that is aligned with smart health strategy
• Articulate, maintain and refine a prioritised product backlog of detailed user stories to manage flow of work to the development teams
• Develop detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
• Manage the backlog for sprint and release planning from design through to QA and release
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders
• Monitor, research and analyse market opportunity, industry trends, competitors and customer need to ensure product leadership position

REQUIREMENT
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics or Engineering
• At least 3 years of solid experience owning and delivering digital products
• Master of Agile Scrum methodology and practices
• Highly proficient in using Jira or similar agile tools
• Excellent research, analytical, quantitative, modelling and business analysis skills
• Familiar with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Well-horned stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior levels
• Able to systematically define and implement product development strategies and product roadmaps
• Knowledge of strategy and investment methods that support development of strategies, roadmaps & delivery portfolios aligned to business goals
• Knowledge of investment and business planning processes that align digital technologies to business priorities
• Candidates with MBA / Business / Economics / Accounting related academic qualifications highly preferred
