We are a subsidiary of Public Listed company involves in Healthcare business. In line with our expansion programme, we are seeking for a highly motivated and capable candidate to fill up the following position in our group.



1. Reporting and Financial Statements.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly/ annual financial reports i.e. budget and forecast of the Group to the  management and recommend further courses of action.

• Analyse actual Company or Group results and performance compared to budget and business plans.

• Conduct reviews and evaluations to optimize returns and profitability.

• Preparing and coordinating yearly Budget and Business Plan the Group.

• Streamlining accounting functions and practices within the Group.

• Monitoring and managing cash flow and assets within the Group.

• Developing plans for the Group financial growth


2. Accounts Receivable and Payable.

• Manage cash and cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital expenditure requirements.

• Review cashflows, inter-company transactions and reconciliation on timely basis.


3. Due Diligence

• Oversee department activity, set goals and objectives while ensuring comply to internal policies and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timeline closing of Financial Statements.

• Coordinate the provision of information to external/internal auditor for the annual audit.


4. Developing external relationship with appropriate contacts relevant parties and authorities such as Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Lawyers and Government Bodies on finance related.


• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• Candidate with professional certificate i.e. MIA, ACCA will be an added advantage

• 5 years experience in financial management.

• Auditing experience.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

• Compliance oriented.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

• Analytical skills.

Closing Date

• Standardize the practices of all consultants within hospitals and design policies.
• Develop, implement and monitor medical management policies, procedures and protocols
• Act as a liaison KMI and consultants of KMI hospital on all professional matters
• To spearhead peer reviews and to investigate complaints and (potential) Medico-legal cases
• Address all patients related issues/complaints
• To oversee clinical audits
• Monitor the key performance indicators of clinical staff and initiate corrective action whenever necessary
• Provide medical expertise with respect to planning and establishing goals and policies to improve medical management
• Responsible for recommending changes and enhancements to clinical services
• Analyze utilization data and various forms of health care data available within and external to the corporation to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical initiatives and care and case management processes
• Ensuring continuous quality improvement activities and apply them in clinical and management functioning.
• Ensure compliance with clinical goals through monitoring care management performance

• Master’s degree in a life science or medical degree
• Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Have a pleasant personality & possess strong communication skill
• Good understanding of commercial, corporate and operational business
