24 Hours Accident & Emergency Department
The Accident & Emergency Department operates 24 hours, seven days a week. All emergency cases will be attended by a Medical Officer (MO) and supported by the experienced nurses. If necessary, a particular case will be referred to the specialist.

TERM OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Panel Guarantee Letter, Debit, Credit Card, Online Transfer and QRPay. We regret to inform you that personal cheque are NOT accepted.
However, we accept all the following credit cards and debit cards.
Visitors are welcome to visit patients in our hospital. However, it is our responsibility to ensure patients receive maximum rest during their stay at our hospital.
For non-emergency cases, arrangement for admission to KMI Tawau Medical Centre is made during patient's consultation with doctors. In the event of an emergency, admission is arranged through the Accident and Emergency Department.
