The tender documents can be obtained during working hours (8.30am to 5.30pm) from 11th February 2019 at Level 3 KJMC Finance Office. Tender documents will not be available after this date. The cost for each tender document is RM300.00. For those who are required a soft copy an additional of RM100.00 will be charged. Payment methods are accepted ONLY with cash or Bank Draft payable to Kelana Jaya Medical Centre Sdn. Bhd.
After completion and duly signed by the authorized person of the company, the documents are to be submitted before or on 15th February 2019 not later than 3:00pm by hand and deposited into the designated tender box located at Level 3 KJMC Finance Office. Tender documents received after the closing date/time will NOT be considered. Shortlisted bidders will be invited to technical interview and e-bidding process.
Kelana Jaya Medical Centre Sdn. Bhd does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation, nor to assign any reason for the rejection of any quotation, nor will it be responsible for any cost incurred by the bidders.
