JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contract will be for 3 months starting Mid -January until Mid-April 2024.

• Carry out the planned physiotherapy treatment processes as assigned according to the high  standards of physiotherapy practice.

• Develop a treatment plan for patients, identifying the specific goals (short term and long term) according to the clinical evaluation and patient’s expectation.

• Prescribe and recommend specialized assistive technology or mobility aids.

• Provide recommendations and support to enhance natural activities.

• Educate patients/participants and families on physiotherapy intervention implementation.

• Determine functional performance of patients/participants.

• Establish goals in collaboration with the patients/participants.

• Develop appropriate reports and identify patients/participants needs.

• Evaluate services according to goal achievement, outcome, and effectiveness.

• Perform re-assessment after the treatment implementation.

• Communicate with referring consultants/medical officers on patients/ participant’s progress.

• Ensure the confidentiality of patients/ participants data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy. 
• High integrity, meticulous, organised, and good inter-personal skills. 
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
