JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Strategic Planning on Nursing Operations Management, Patient Safety, Setting & Implementing Standard of Care and Monitor Quality Initiatives & Improvements.
2. Ensuring Nursing Standards are upheld, maintaining compliance approvals, planning new patient services, promoting the mission of the facility.
3. Budget Management, Staff Management, specifically Development & Retention of staff.
4. Cultivating work relationships across functions with the executive team, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Malaysian Nationality and Kuantan locality preferred.
2. Degree in Nursing and must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
3. Post Basic Qualifications & valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
4. Well versed in MSQH and other statutory requirements.
5. Possess effective communication skills, initiative, integrity and work flexibility.
6. Excellent leadership and business acumen.
