Understanding Your Deposit

We accept payment via Cash, Panel Guarantee Letter, Debit Card, Credit Card, and QRPay. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted. We welcome all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, online banking transfers, and selected e-wallets.

Insurance/Third Party Guarantee

Patients using insurance, corporate, or third-party guarantees must present valid documents (e.g., Guarantee Letter, insurance card) upon registration.Coverage is subject to the terms of the respective insurer or guarantor. Any non-covered charges must be borne by the patient.

Deposit/Advance Payment

For inpatient admissions, a deposit may be required upon admission.The deposit amount varies depending on the estimated cost of treatment and insurance/guarantee arrangements.

Final Settlement

All outstanding balances must be settled upon discharge.If insurance or third-party coverage is pending, patients may be required to make interim payments. If insurance or third-party coverage is pending, patients may be required to make interim payments.

Refunds

Any excess payments will be refunded via bank transfer within a stipulated period after final bill reconciliation(within 14 working days). Refunds are only made to the patient or authorised next-of-kin with proper documentation.

Non-Payment

The hospital reserves the right to take necessary actions in the event of unpaid bills, including withholding of medical reports or referral to external collection agencies where applicable.
