Understanding Your Deposit

Important Note:
- Additional deposit is required when the charges amount is more than the deposit paid.
- Procedure or operation will be carried out upon clearance of Guarantee Letter (GL) or sufficient deposit received.
Important Notes on Guarantee Letters
- We only accept Undertaking Letters or Guarantee Letters issued by companies or insurance panels that have registered credit facilities with KMI Kelana Jaya Medical Centre.
- Approval and coverage are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing company or insurer.

- Cash (RM – Malaysian Ringgit)
- Credit / Debit Cards (major cards accepted)
- Company or Insurance Panel Guarantee Letter
- Please note that personal cheques are not accepted.
