Job Tittle : General Manager (GM)
Location : Hospital Bersalin Razif, Klang
Immediate Superior : Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary :
Hospital managers oversee the general administration of hospitals and other provider facilities. Their central goals are to prioritize patient safety, as well as to ensure the financial and operational sustainability of the sites they manage.

Job Descriptions :
1. To be responsible to provides visionary leadership to ensure the highest levels of performance in the delivery of health care and business and operational administration.
2. Responsible for the overall running & management of the hospital to ensure smooth business operation of the hospital.
3. To maintain an organized system management and controls that ensure smooth function of hospital/health system operations, timely accomplishment of goals, and physical, financial and human resource viability and success.
4. Ensure full compliance with the rules and regulations, hospital operational control, SOP’s policies, procedures, and standard services including audit and clarification proposed.
5. To develop, implement and execute operational plans that ensure timely strategic goal achievement.
6. Monitor and ensure the target and return are met from the development of current and new business, products and services.
7. Utilizes financial and analytical skills to lead, monitor and take actions that ensure the hospital/health system’s financial stability and long-term success.
8. Expense cost & margin control, ensuring all cost management to be in line with the budgeted target.
9. Fosters strong community relations and develops collaborative partnerships that advance the interests of the organization and contribute to the health and well-being of the community/communities served.
10. Manages the functions of the hospital/health system in accordance with the direction set by the Board of Directors and the Group. Inform and advise the Board of Director and the Group on matters that influence and impact hospital/health system performance.
11. Ensure legal, regulatory and accrediting compliance and represents the hospital/health system in relationships with local, state and federal governing agencies.

Requirement :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Economic and equivalent.
2. Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
3. Minimum 10 years managerial experience preferable in hospital/healthcare industry.
4. Evidence of sound intellectual ability and ongoing personal development at senior at management level.
