Job Summary :
The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for KMI Hospital. HR Executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives. Additional HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
Job Descriptions :
1. To assist the overall human resource administration system effectively.
2. Manages employee life cycle, from recruiting - work closely with and support hiring managers to prepare and post job advertisement, screening of applications and shortlisting candidates to be interviewed, to offering of candidates and onboarding and off boarding.
3. Update job descriptions for needed positions.
4. Utilize various recruitment channels, networks, and industry best practices to attract and retain qualified candidates.
5. Actively participate in the planning, implementation, and optimization of HR management system projects.
6. Frequently review HR policies and personal management procedures to ensure relevancy with company culture and statutory requirements.
7. Provides advice to employees on HR policies and practices and ensures the policy is followed by all employees.
8. To oversee and be responsible for the payroll functions including payroll calculations, allowances, OT claims, and statutory contributions.
9. To check, process and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies.
10. Manage the salary increases, promotions, transfers, renewal and re-employment of employees.
11. Reviewing, overseeing, and managing employee’s benefits ie: medical, insurance, etc.
12. Provides advice on staff counselling, career development and disciplinary actions.
13. Handles disciplinary issues and grievances of employees to ensure issues are being resolved fairly and as per employment law.
14. Provides performance management guidance to all staff.
15. Manages manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for company.
16. Act as the purchaser of the department and ensure all purchase orders & invoices are created on a timely basis.
17. Ensure efficient documentation procedure with employment personal files with regular update and accuracy.
18. Monitor the staff's outpatient medical cost according to staff's entitlement for internal billing purpose.
19. Monitor and check staff attendance and leave management through HR2Eazy system.
20. Carry out the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff.
21. Coordinate internal and external training for staff.
22. Liaise with external trainers on relevant training programs.
23. Monitor and plan for staff training budget and annual training calendar.
24. Drive staff engagement initiative e.g., sport and recreational activities, annual dinner etc.
25.
Ensure staff are provided with the necessary knowledge, know-how and competence to perform the job.
26. Develops staff performance to improve productivity.
27. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirement :
1. Bachelor of Human Resource, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or other relevant discipline.
2. Preferably 2-4 year(s) of relevant working experience in human resource role.
3. At least one year of working experience in HR Payroll.
4. Well versed in Employment Act (EA 1955).
