Are you an experienced finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive financial success? At Kumpulan Medic Iman (KMI), we’re seeking a Senior Executive, Corporate Finance to play a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s cash flow, financing strategies, and project funding. In this position, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the financial health and growth of KMI by ensuring effective funding solutions for our working capital, capital expenditures, and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on cash flow for KMI and its group of companies.
• Ensure healthy operational cash positions and adequate funding for working capital, capital expenditures, and investments.
• Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts for the group.
• Determine monthly financial requirements for subsidiaries needing support.
• Liaise with financial institutions to secure funding for operations and projects.
• Develop budgets for capital expenditure (capex) and project funding.
• Monitor and manage the group’s debt obligations and loan covenants.
• Prepare financial models for new investments and acquisitions.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variances, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Qualifications: Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and analytical techniques.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
