Coordinate and participate in stock take exercise as scheduled by the hospital.

Provide up to date drug information to the medical practitioners, other healthcare providers and members of the public.

Perform drug counselling as and when required.

Ensure the department/unit meets or exceeds its objectives; and the mission, policies, objectives, and core values of the hospital are embraced and promoted in the workplace. An active contributing team member.

Assist Effective and accurately dispense prescribe medication (preparing medication, processing, second review, recording, issuing medication and counselling to patients/ in-patients). Maintain performance quality.

Interpret, prepare, and dispense drug prescriptions for all patients and to maintain appropriate records for hospital use and legislative purpose.

Provide clinical pharmacy practice focussing on in-patients (direct patient care, conduct routine ward rounds, coordinating practise with other departments).

Participate in anti- microbial stewardship.

Assist in the preparation of documentation and assist in conducting implementation of any accreditation programme (e.g., MSQH, ISO, JCI).

All other jobs and duties within the scope of a pharmacist for the best interest of the hospital.
