𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Vaccination program available during office hours at the Wellness Centre for all, except children below 5.
• Vaccination for children below 5 years old should be administered by Consultant Paediatrician. [not applicable for package price stated].
• Vaccination for children 5 to 12 years of age is administered only by the medical officer at the Wellness Centre.
• Vaccination for adults can be administered in the Emergency Department with the approval by the medical officer on- duty.
• For the vaccination programme at the Wellness Centre, an advance appointment is required via Whatsapp at +6019-700 7261.
• Price includes: Medical Officer’s consultation, vaccine, disposables, vaccination card and procedure fee.
• Package is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other items and services.
• Price is based on per person basis, in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Effective 1st July 2025, a 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be applicable to all foreign patients. Accordingly, the total bill amount will be subject to an additional 6% SST.
