Terms & Conditions:
The revised discount rates apply exclusively to AIA SMART Provider Network members.
Discounts are not applicable to items or services already on promotion or bundled into promotional packages.
Vaccination Packages Involving Multiple Doses:
For vaccination programs requiring multiple doses (e.g., Hepatitis B vaccination: 3 doses), the discount is applied to the single-dose package price only.
If the patient opts to make full payment upfront, the single-dose package will be charged multiple times (e.g., 3 times for a 3-dose schedule).
A total discount of 10% will be applied to the cumulative price of the multi-dose program.
All bills are subject to applicable taxes. For foreign patients, a 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be imposed on the total bill amount after discount, effective 1st July 2025.
The hospital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
