Appointment is only available from Monday to Friday-9am to 5pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm. Close on Sundays and on Public Holidays.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please fast for 8-10 hours. However, only plain water is allowed if needed.
  • Add On assessment is available upon request.
  • Must pay with Affin Bank card (VIsa/Master/Debit).
  • Call our Wellness Centre at +60379826500 (Ext:8002)/ WhatsApp at +60197007261  for an appointment [during office hours].
  • Appointment to be given from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Management reserves the right to amend the items in the package without prior notice.
