Our Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department is open 24 hours daily. Our dedicated medical officers and experienced nurses manage it. In addition, as soon as you step into our Hospital, our Guest Relation Officers is always available to assist you in any related matter.

We cover your medical needs from general healthcare to eye care, women and child care, general medicine, general surgery, dermatology, cardiology, orthopedic, obstetrics & gynecology (O&G), and paediatric care. Procedures & Information

ADMISSION

Admission to KMI Kuala Terengganu Medical Centre for treatment and/ or surgery is upon the recommendation of the doctor who is attending to you.

DISCHARGE

The doctors on his ward rounds will sign your discharge form. It is advised that a relative or friend accompany you home.

DEPOSIT

A deposit will be required at the time of admission. The deposit amount will vary depending on the admission cases.

Terms of Payment

We accept Cash, Panel Guarantee Letter, Debit and Credit Card. We regret to inform you that personal cheques are NOT accepted.

Visiting Hours

Visitors are welcome but it is our responsibility to ensure that patients receive maximum rest during their stay and treatment at our hospital.
