We are a subsidiary of Public Listed company involves in Healthcare business. In line with our expansion programme, we are seeking for a highly motivated and capable candidate to fill up the following position in our group.

Position: CORPORATE FINANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER



JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in assisting on overall operation of Corporate Finance units within the Group

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Preparing, consolidating and presenting the company and the group financial reports to the Management and Board of Directors while recommending further courses of action
• Preparing Budget, and formulating strategic and long - term business plans for the company
• Analyzing actual company’s results and performance compared to budget and business plans
• Conduct reviews and evaluations to optimize returns and profitability
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timeline closing of Financial Statements
• Correspond with other colleagues within the group and draw future paths to be taken
• Developing external relationship with appropriate contacts relevant parties and authorities such as auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory bodies
• Assist GCEO to do the feasibility study on the new expansion project
• Preparing Financial Model/ Projection for new expansion and existing hospital
• Preparing the Proposal (BOD, BRCC and MM Paperwork) for a new expansion project
• Negotiate with the bankers and financial advisory to explore the source of fund and financial plan for the new project expansion (Islamic & Conventional Loan Financing, SUKUK, REIT, Share Swap, etc)
• Analyze Operation Costing within the Group

REQUIREMENT
• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualification from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in finance/ business development capacity preferably in Healthcare industry
• Meticulous and attention to details to ensure data accuracy
• Possess good analytical skills and the ability to work independent
• Good inter-personal, communication skills and presentation skill
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint

Position: MARKETING & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE



JOB SUMMARY
This person needs to be resourceful and fast learner. Must be able to create and execute marketing and corporate communications plan given by the Manager and always ready to accept multi-task responsibility and able to work under tight deadline

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist the Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager in achieving the department objectives
• Responsible to set-up, organise, manage and ensure corporate events are executed smoothly
• Responsible to guard the Brand and monitor the Corporate Identity
• Manage and develop an assigned marketing and communication plan for KMI and its hospitals
• Establish co-marketing activities with hospitals
• Responsible for news and social media monitoring
• Provide good content marketing for website and social media
• Provide graphic design works for marketing and communications collateral's
• Collect and manage hospitals customer feedback data
• To perform/conduct/support customer survey
• To provide report based on the data collected

REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Marketing/Mass Comm/Corporate Communication or its equivalent
• Able to speak, read & write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other language will be an added advantage)
• At least 3 years working experience
• Applicants must be willing to travel frequently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good graphic and design works
• Independent, flexible and resourceful
• Skills should include Microsoft office (s), social media, Adobe Photoshop, CMS website and presentation

Position: FACILITIES & SUPPORT SERVICE EXECUTIVE



JOB SUMMARY
To assist in the running of all Facilities & Support Service units and ensure that they are functioning smoothly, professionally, efficiently and cost effectively by working harmoniously with other department/units in the Company and other personnel in and outside organizations

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in monitoring and managing Hospital Engineering maintenance and others hospital support service such as housekeeping, linen and laundry, clinical waste and security services
• Monitor, manage and advice hospital renovation works or project as per instructed
• Prepare and submit a facilities & support service monthly report to F&SS MGR and CEO/GM
• Ensure all related facilities and support service functions in the hospital are compliance with all regulations and licensing requirement issued by the statutory body and Malaysian government such as PHFSA 1998, FSA 1988, FMA 1967, UPBL 1984, OHSA 1994, EQA 1967 and etc
• Advice the hospital management pertaining technical requirement by producing a technical report, condition appraisal, feasibility study and etc
• Supervise and trains staff in the approved practices and procedures for proper facility engineering maintenance and other related services
• Implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance and continuous improvement program for all hospital plant facilities and its assets
• Administers and monitors outsourced service contracts to ensure work is properly performed and verify claims for payment
• Design and implement energy conservation program
• Conduct performance appraisals, maintains time and attendance records and handle disciplinary issues of facilities & support service staffs when required
• Participate in reviewing and updating the policies, standards and procedures in related areas of concern as determined by the Management
• Involve in preparing departmental budget
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the Management from time to time

REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Biomedical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Qualified Engineer registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) will be an added advantage
• Have a holistic and detailed understanding of the healthcare service industry, policies, rules and regulations, compliance, operating risks, quality control and audit processes
• Good leadership, communication and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
• Min 2 years working experience in managing facilities engineering maintenance service and have a knowledge in hospital support service function will be an advantage
